1 oz gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
combine and shake in a boston with ice. strain, fresh ice, serve in a collins, garnish with grapefruit.

negroni spin on a bicycle thief. higher liquor content, stronger complex flavors, and less sweet. something i came up with for alex.
1 oz campari
1 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz lime
1.5 oz grapefruit juice

summertime fine
fruity, girly, perfect for sitting outside on a warm day overlooking your garden. created for my bar’s menu transition into the summer.
1 oz limoncello
1 oz aperol
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz passionfruit syrup
0.5 oz cointreau
add directly into a wine glass with ice, and
top with prosecco and soda water in whatever proportion you want until the glass is filled
garnish with a lemon or orange wheel

fantastic. the lavender truly plays off the gin, as many florals do. one of my first builds, made during the holidays.

espresso martini
i am not a latte kind of espresso martini person so i keep it pretty clean and easy.
1-1.5 oz fresh espresso
0.75 oz kahlua
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
shake violently in a boston with ice. serve in a martini glass. hopefully you have a machine that can print on foam! if not, 3 coffee beans garnish
